What Zulvan does

Zulvan, a brand of VC2 AI LLC, sets up business automation for small businesses in the Cleveland and Akron area. We take a job your team does by hand every week and set it up to run on its own. Most of what we build falls into these:

• Missed-call text-back, so a caller gets a text before they call someone else
• Online booking with confirmations and reminders
• Lead follow-up that answers new inquiries in minutes
• Estimate and invoice reminders
• Review requests after a finished job
• Business websites and custom software tools

About us

Zulvan was founded by Vanwayne Chaney, a Miami University computer engineering grad who grew up down the road in Glenwillow. We work with owners one job at a time: a free 30-minute call, a look at how the work gets done today, then a fixed-scope build that's handed over and runs without you watching it.
