Privacy Policy

Effective September 7, 2026 · Last updated October 5, 2026

Zulvan is the consulting brand of VC2 AI LLC, an Ohio limited liability company based in the Cleveland area. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “Zulvan” mean VC2 AI LLC. This policy covers the website at zulvan.com and the information we handle when you contact us, hire us, or run a build we delivered.

1. What this website collects

zulvan.com is a static site. Apart from the booking calendar and the chat box on the Text us page (both below), it has no contact form, no account system, no analytics or advertising scripts, and no cookies or browser storage of its own. We do not build a profile of you for visiting.

Two third parties are reachable from the page, and each has its own privacy practices:

Third partyWhy it is thereWhat it can see
Google Fonts The page loads its typefaces from Google’s font servers. Your IP address and standard request data reach Google when the fonts load. See Google’s privacy policy.
HighLevel (LeadConnector) The booking calendar on this site, the chat box on our Text us page, and their reminder emails and texts, run on our HighLevel account. Whatever you enter to book a call or in the chat box — typically name, email, phone, any note you add, and which text-message boxes you tick. See HighLevel’s privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request data such as IP address as part of serving and protecting the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

2. Information you give us directly

When you email us, call us, book a call, or hand us a business card, we keep what you give us so we can respond and keep track of the conversation. That is usually your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you told us about your business and the problem you want solved.

3. Information we handle while doing the work

An automation build usually means touching a system you already run — a spreadsheet, an inbox, a CRM, a scheduler, a list of customers or leads. When that happens:

Please do not send us data you do not need us to have. If a project would involve health records, financial account credentials, government identifiers, or similar sensitive material, tell us first so we can scope it properly or decline it.

4. Service providers we rely on

We use ordinary business tools to run the company. As of the effective date above, the categories are website hosting and DNS, email, calendar and scheduling, file storage, invoicing and payments, and AI model providers used inside specific builds. We will name the specific providers involved in your project on request, and before a build that depends on one goes into production.

5. How long we keep things

We keep project files, correspondence, and build documentation for as long as we work together, and afterward for as long as we may need it for support, warranty, tax, or legal reasons. If you want your project materials returned or deleted, email us and we will do it where we are not required to keep them, ordinarily within 30 days.

6. Security

We use access controls, credential managers, and least-privilege access on the systems we operate, and we ask that client credentials be handed over in a password manager rather than by email or chat. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a security incident affects your data, we will tell you promptly and work with you on what has to happen next.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information about you we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop emailing you. Email vanwayne@zulvanhq.com and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe option and we honor it. Reply “STOP” or use the link and you are removed.

Where a state privacy law gives you additional rights, we will honor requests made under it at the same email address rather than argue about thresholds.

8. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by checking the box when you book a call, we text you about your appointment, your project, and replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking or buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Do Not Track and data sales

This website does not respond to Do Not Track signals, because it does not track you across sites in the first place. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Children

Zulvan sells to businesses. The site and the services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes that affect an active client engagement will also be sent to that client by email.
